New accounts receive a free 7-day trial with full access to property addresses and lien details upon phone number verification. After the trial period, continued access to full address data requires a paid subscription. Browsing aggregated lien data (city, county, amounts) remains free.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to extend free trials is prohibited.
